The statements must be uploaded to the personal area in the website.\u00a0Please don't send us the statements by email!<\/strong>
Israeli participants – please refer to the explanation in Hebrew<\/a>, as the requirements from Israelis are different than those of the foreign participants.<\/strong>
Both documents must be valid for the race date.<\/p>

To login to your personal area where you can upload your documents you need to use your email address and the password that you used when you registered or was sent to you if you are a member of a relay team.<\/p>

If you don't receive the automatic mail from the system you can choose the "Login wih your personal details" link and login with your ID\/Passport you wrote in the registration form and your 6 digits order ID which can be found in the participants list<\/a>\u00a0as shown here:<\/p>

After login please upload the documents and click the Update button. If all goes well you will see that your uploads have the status 'pending' (note that the status may be outside the screen area if you use a small device). After we approve your documents (could take a few days) the option to upload new documents will be disabled.<\/p>
