Cancellation fees will only be given to those who have purchased the improved cancellation insurance no later than 14 days from the original registration date.

• For purchasers of cancellation insurance, there is no need to justify the cancellation, and the refund of the registration fee less the above amounts will be given for cancellation for any reason. Anyone who cancels his registration will not be entitled to a participant kit.
• Cancellation insurance fees are not refunded
• Reduced cancellation fees will be given only to those who purchased the improved cancellation insurance (the insurance amount is non-refundable) no later than 14 days from the original registration date.

The organizers reserve the right, if required, to postpone the competition for up to 60 days if a situation arises that endangers the normal occurance of the competition for the benefit of all of the participants. In such a case there will be no entitlement to a refund.

If the competition is canceled and does not take place, cancellation fees will be refunded as follows:

* Cancellation up to 5 months before the competition for any reason – the full registration fee will be refunded minus 5%.
* Cancellation due to force majeure in the period between 5 months and 3 months before the competition – refund of the full registration fee minus 12%.
* Cancellation due to force majeure in the period between 3 months and 30 days before the competition – refund of the full registration fee minus 18%.
* Cancellation due to force majeure in the last month before the competition – refund of the full registration fee minus 22%.

“Force majeure” – any case that is not under the control of the organizers and may reasonably endanger the normal occurance of the competition for the benefit of all its registrants and participants.

It is clarified that in the event of the competition being postponed for up to 60 days due to force majeure, the organizers will not be obligated to refund registration fees.

Changing heat is optional only until the end of the registration.

From CHALLENGE ISRAMAN 226 to CHALLENGE ISRAMAN 113 (both individuals and relay team) – you will get a refund of the difference between the price you paid and the current price of CHALLENGE ISRAMAN 113 minus 100 ₪ handling fee, or if current price is higher you will need to pay the difference.

From CHALLENGE ISRAMAN 113 to CHALLENGE ISRAMAN 226 (both individuals and relay team) – with an additional payment of the difference between the price paid and the current price of CHALLENGE ISRAMAN 226 (limit to late registration fee).

From individual starter to relay team – you will get a refund of the difference between the price you paid and the current price of a relay team member minus 100 ₪ handling fee.

From relay team member to individual starter – with an additional payment of the difference between the price paid and the current price of individual starter (limit to late registration fee)..

Transfer the registration fee to another event is not possible.

Individuals – No transfer is allowed.
Relay – Replacing an athlete in a relay team is possible:

Cost to perform the exchange – 200 ₪.
In such case, the replaced participant will not receive a credit.
